I have always approached my buyers by thinking of my role as that of a guide. 
My job is to educate each buyer on price range and what the market has to offer in that range. This allows the process to be tailored to each client. 
The market conditions lately have created a challenge for many buyers — with multiple offers and low inventory. This further underscores the need for an in-depth knowledge of data and shifts within the market. My clients are able to make the best possible decision for their unique circumstances.
